Vivi Fitriani

Builder at the intersection of product innovation, systems, UX and AI.

I set the vision, architect the ecosystem, craft the UX, and lead the teams that ship it. Today, at Meta, I design AI and UX that earn a person's trust. I'm good at helping teams be more ambitious together: imagining novel solutions, shipping higher-quality products, and having fun through it all.

I've built and led high-performing design teams at Meta, Wunderman Thompson, Ogilvy, and R/GA, carrying products from idea to measured impact. My earlier work spanned consumer brands and connected experiences, from Uber and Mercedes-Benz to Astro and YouTube, before I moved into enterprise AI at Meta, where I've led design for Enterprise Search, AI Meeting Notes, the Agentic Calendar, and One Procurement.

American and Indonesian, SG and US work-authorized. Based between Boston and Singapore. Outside of work, I am a mother of two.

Principles
Make the idea visible
Ambiguity fades once people can see it. I make ideas concrete to react to, before they are built.
Experience Visions
Alignment is the real work
Products stall when teams pull apart. I get everyone to one view of the user and the decisions.
User North Star Sessions
Craft is a habit, not a phase
Quality is a daily habit, not a final polish, held with clear standards, feedback, and hands-on work.
Craft Systems
AI raises the ceiling
AI clears the busywork so designers chase harder problems. It is a multiplier, not a shortcut.
AI-Enabled Design Practices
Impact is what counts
Beautiful and usable is the baseline. The best design moves the most value to the most people.
